Helping Women & Girls Live Their Dreams

2021 Non-Profit of the Year by the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce.

Founded June 24, 1984, Soroptimist International of the Delta is a dedicated organization that works tirelessly to improve the lives of women and girls in the Delta region. With a long-standing history of service and a strong commitment to empowering women, Soroptimist International of the Delta is making a significant impact in the community.

Through various programs and initiatives, Soroptimist International of the Delta aims to promote social and economic empowerment for women and girls. They offer scholarships, mentoring programs, advocacy work, and community outreach initiatives to provide opportunities and support for women and girls to thrive. By creating a network of support and resources, Soroptimist International of the Delta helps women and girls overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

We collaborate with local businesses and organizations—like Brentwood Regional Community Chest, Pillars of Hope, Shepherd’s Gate, and Network of Care, just to name a few—to make a bigger impact in our community and create a supportive network for women and girls. By joining forces, we amplify our efforts and create a more inclusive and equitable society.

Soroptimist International of the Delta holds their meetings on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm at the Brentwood Community Center, 35 Oak Street, Conference Room B, Brentwood, CA.
